Legal claim notice

Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By accessing this website (convenience.co.ke) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Convenience Design reserves the right to change, modify or amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Refund:

If we design a client’s product that does not appear as desired, we will revise and redesign it. If the client remains unsatisfied by our work after several revisions and requests for a refund, Convenience Designs will offer the refund in full. However, the client will face a legal action is he/she uses the design for which a refund was offered.

Delivery:

For geographical conveniences, all our designs will be provided in digital formatting unless the client desires that print oriented designs be delivered in printed formats.

Customer Security:

We strive to ensure that the information in our possession relating to the clients is well safeguarded and protected from cyberattacks. We adopt different measures to ensure that all our resources do not have unauthorized access.

Order Acceptance:

We have articulated the different services we offer and their span. However, Convenience Designs reserves the right of declining from pursuing a request from the client without offering further explanations.

Legal Agreement:

Convenience design does not hold any right to the final products provided the client has fully paid for the service. Any credit given to us by the client is solely out of their discretion. This also caters for the inclusion of the client under our list of case studies.

Service Requirements:

Convenience Designs sources for stock photos for its clients depending on the magnitude of the project and as an extended service to our customers. However, for designs involving print media, the client has to provide high resolution images for the best final product (300 dpi)
